Please allow me to share a glimpse of my background with you… born and raised in the small Eastern European country of Latvia, I majored in education at Daugavpils University, as well as English and Latvian language and literature. My studies took me to England and then United States for a second time, that is when I came to Myrtle Beach, where I met my husband of 20 years. We have enjoyed living in Myrtle Beach and raising our family here for the past 20 years.
After 17 years I have decided to put my career in fine jewelry behind me and begin a career in something much more valuable… The dream of investing in real estate whether it is your Dream Home or vacation property.
I have a been a resident of Myrtle Beach for 20 years now and have acquired vast knowledge of this area, from Little River to Pawleys Island, all along the “Grand Strand”. In addition, we have been a homeowners in the Carolina Forest area for over 10 years now. I can relate to various concerns that most future homeowners have. With nearly 2 decades of sales and customer service experience under my belt I am confident that my clientele can rely on me.
Many people have the dream of owning a home in our area, it is my job to help you achieve that dream. The relationship we build will go well beyond the closing table. I will be here for new homeowners getting acclimated to the area as a new resident or if you should need advise regarding your vacation property. Stronger as a team.
